HERO: A Heterogeneity-Aware Benchmark Library for Federated Continual Learning is now available on arXiv. The work introduces a heterogeneity-aware benchmark library with controlled task splits, client data splits, and task-order mismatch for reproducible federated continual learning evaluation.
